Shipping Μethods

SHIPPING - ORDER PAYMENT

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The products will be sent to the address you have chosen during the order. Orders are shipped to Greece with the cooperating courier company ACS.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GREECE

Shipping costs are as follows:

1) Attica within the city.

With ACS, cost € 4.00 up to 3 kg, from 3 kg and up + € 1.10 per kilo.

2) Land Greece.

With ACS, cost € 4.50 up to 3 kg, from 3 kg and up + € 1.50 per kilo.

3) Islands.

With ACS, cost € 5.00 up to 3 kg, from 3 kg and up + € 1.60 per kilo.

4) Free transport for the province (from our headquarters to the transport that will indicate to us).

5) Receipts from our headquarters (there is no cost)

The courier company we work with is ACS. In the event that the area where you have declared that your products will be sent to you is not served by the ACS network, we have the responsibility to send you your order by road transport, at no extra charge for transport from our headquarters by our vehicle to the headquarters of the transport company in Athens.

DELIVERY TIME

The orders are sent within 9 -22 calendar days (Thursday to Friday).

When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the tracking code. With this number you have the opportunity to monitor the progress of your shipment through the e-mail address of the courier company. In this case you can Cancel your order on the phone or email you have stated, the order will be canceled automatically and we will refund your money.

In case you are absent from the delivery address, the courier company will leave a notice stating your parcel number and the phone number you need to call to arrange for receipt.

RETURNS - CHANGES

1. Returns are made ONLY on products that you will find a defect, for this reason please check the product before placing it.

2. Returns are made within 3 days from the day of receipt of the order by the customer from the courier company.

3. The return-change must be accompanied by a copy of the Retail Sales Receipt or the issuance of a Return Receipt if an Invoice has been issued, and after you have informed by phone or email plagkasloukianos@gmail.com

PROCEDURE REFUND OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

1. Send the product with our charge, with the courier company ACS obligatorily together with a copy of the Retail Receipt, or with the issuance of a Return Receipt if an Invoice has been issued, stating the reason for the change or return of the product.

2 . In the return package you mention: To Loukianos Plagas, 12 Anatolis Street Nea Ionia 14231 Athens.

3. The package includes your full details (name, contact phone, account number, IBAN, bank) and a mandatory copy of the Retail Receipt, or the Return Receipt if an Invoice has been issued.

4. Once we receive the product, the copy of the receipt and your complete details, the refund process begins.

5. Refund is made on the same or the next day after receipt of the product (product value without shipping costs). parcels are checked by company staff before shipment. However, if you find a problem, you should email plagkasloukianos@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery time, expressing your reservations.

In case the product is defective and the wear is normal, the product is sent to the NAME Loukianos Plagas, 12 Anatolis street Nea Ionia 14231 Athens. with the courier company ACS at the recipient's expense, according to the Return-Exchange procedure. The product is replaced and returned to the customer at our expense.

In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be due to misuse of the product. In case it is found that the damage is due to misuse of the customer, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by the customer.
